Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Animark account and associated data at any time.

In-App Deletion

1. Open Animark and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@animark.app with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account.

What Happens Next

• Your account and stored pet data will be deleted within 30 days.
• Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Subscription status is managed by Apple. Cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
