By using Animark ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

Animark helps you track pet care events such as vaccinations, grooming, and appointments. The App is provided for informational purposes only.

Non-Veterinary Disclaimer

Animark does not provide veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical guidance or treatment decisions.

Accounts and Authentication

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions

Some features require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Animark and protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
